Darrell Harke began working for the Bank of Old Monroe in 1990 and has served as the President and CEO since 2002. Darrell was born and raised in Troy, MO. After graduating high school, he attended Missouri Baptist University on a basketball scholarship where he earned his Bachelors of Business Management. Darrell later attended the Mid-South School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee, now known as the Barrett School of Banking. He still enjoys the competition of a game of basketball, but today a quiet game of golf is more his style. He and his wife Mary, also enjoy entertaining family and friends.

Beyond his title of President, Darrell is also a lender for the bank and is readily available to assist customers with their banking needs.

Dale McDonald has been with the bank since 2001. Beginning as a Compliance Officer and Loan Officer, his role quickly evolved into Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was later appointed to the Board of Directors in 2006. Dale was born and raised in Lincoln County and later graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University and Bachelors in Agriculture Economics from University of Missouri-Columbia. He is involved in many organizations and serves as director for the Lincoln County R-III School Board as well as the Missouri Independent Bankers’ Association. In his free time, Dale enjoys coaching his children’s ball teams, watching MIZZOU football and spending time with his family at their farm.

Dave Molitor has been with the bank since 1978. Starting off as a teller, he quickly worked his way to Loan Officer and was named President and CEO in 1982. Serving on the Bank’s Board of Directors since 1981, he currently holds the title of Chairman of the Board. He’s taken numerous Institute of Banking courses and is a graduate of The School of Banking of the South. Dave has been a lifelong resident of the community where he’s been a member of the O’Fallon K of C, St Joe’s West Hospital Advisory Board, as well as a member of the US Army Active & Reserves for 6 years. In his free time, Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, pitching horse shoes and traveling with his wife and family.

Bill Vehige has served as a Board of Director since 2003. He is a lifelong resident of St. Charles County, graduate of St. Louis University with a BA in Accounting as well as an Alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking of the South. Bill has been involved in the growth of several banks in the Wentzville community. He opened a tax and accounting firm in June 1987 and sold his business in 2008 where he continued his career in financial planning with Old Monroe Investment Service. Bill has been and continues to be active in numerous civic and social organizations in the community such as Wentzville Jaycees, Wentzville Rotary Club, Wentzville Chamber of Commerce, Wentzville Community Historical Society, as well as others. In his free time, Bill enjoys watching Cardinals baseball, playing golf and researching genealogy.

WAYNE WEHDE, Secretary/Treasurer

Wayne Wehde has served on the Board of Directors since 1988. He’s a lifelong resident of Lincoln County and served 2 years in the United States Army. Wayne has a BS in Business Management from Missouri State and spent 17 years managing a manufacturing and engineering company. In 2010 he retired from 30 years of farming. In his free time, Wayne enjoys spending time with his family the most, but also enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling.

Randy Mueller was appointed Director of the Board in 2006. After graduating from High School, he immediately began working for the family business which has been a prominent part of the Old Monroe community since 1956. Through hard work and dedication he learned the many different aspects of the company which provided him the knowledge to become President of the third largest sawmill in the state of Missouri. Randy has lived in the St. Paul area his entire life and is a member of the St Paul Knights of Columbus, St. Dominic Booster Club and the Missouri Forest Products Association. In his free time he enjoys, boating and fishing, bowling and taking long road trips throughout the US.

Danny Flynn was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2016.  He is a well-known business man in Lincoln County and known throughout the state of Missouri as the second generation owner of Flynn Drilling Company.  Growing up, Danny witnessed the dedication and determination of his mother running a drilling business in a male dominated industry.  Her success inspired Danny to carry on his mother’s legacy by taking over day to day operations of the family business.  Danny is a member of many organizations including Board Member for Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Elks, Shafer Bros Baseball and Troy Chamber of Commerce just to name a few.  In his free time, Danny enjoys watching Cardinals baseball and spending time with family and friends.


ROGER KRIEG, Director Emeritus

Roger Krieg was appointed to the Board of directors in 1991.  He is a longtime resident of Lincoln county.  As a respected businessman to the community, he was instrumental in bringing the Bank of Old Monroe to the city of Moscow Mills.  Roger continues to remain active in community events and supports several organizations in the area, many times as a silent participant.  His business sense makes him a good fit as a Director for the Bank of Old Monroe.
