The Bank of Old Monroe collects and retains certain "nonpublic personal information" provided by you on applications, on other forms and transactions with others or us, and also from credit reporting agencies. We may contract with other businesses to perform specific services that support the Bank’s products. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above in paragraph two (2), to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
When it is necessary to provide customer information to those companies, they also are required to safeguard that information and follow the same privacy regulations as those of the Bank.
We maintain security procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer information that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
