Dispute a Charge

“If you have unrecognized or fraudulent charges on your card, Click here to fill out a dispute packet.  Once completed, the packet can be returned to any of the 5 Bank of Old Monroe locations or emailed to internetbank@bankofoldmonroe.com.

In order to view transactions or shut off your card, you may also download the MobiMoney app in the app store.
