Loan Servicing Specialist: Full-time position at the Old Monroe location. This position is responsible for onboarding loans and providing support throughout the lifecycle of the loan. Strong communication skills, problem solving and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi task. Accuracy of work and compliance with company and regulatory requirements are an important part of the role.

Operations Department: Full-time Operations Specialist position at our Old Monroe location (banking experience preferred)
- Job description: The Operations Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for both employees and customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate and compliant records. The Operations Specialist supports a wide range of banking functions, including transaction processing, account maintenance, and system support. Additionally, this position partners closely with internal departments to streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with special projects or initiatives as needed. Previous banking experience is strongly recommended but not required. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other banking systems, are required.
