How to Set Up Online Banking

Setting up online banking is easy. To get started, visit our online banking registration form. All you need to provide is your personal information and account numbers. Once your registration is approved, you can access your accounts within 1-2 business days.

Bill Pay

We make paying bills easy. Reap the following benefits with our convenient online bill pay tool:

  • Easy setup and payee management – Streamlined “add payee” process, start receiving bills online, and activate/deactivate payees.

MobiMoney App

We also offer the MobiMoney App, which lets you control how, when, and where your debit card is used. Cardholders can easily activate and deactivate their cards, receive instant alerts on their mobile devices, and limit usage based on location, merchant preferences, transaction type, and threshold amounts. The MobiMoney App can help you reduce fraudulent transactions.

Mobile Wallet

The Mobile Wallet securely stores your card information, coupons, and reward card details in one convenient location, simplifying in-person, online, and in-app purchases.

Once the app is installed, simply input your payment information – it’s that easy! The wallet will then store this information by linking a personal identification format such as a number or key, QR code, or an image of yourself to each card stored in the wallet.

After adding your BOOM debit card information, you’ll be prompted to call us for verification to complete your wallet’s setup. Then, your mobile wallet is ready to use online, in-store, and when making in-app purchases!

Fun fact: Mobile wallets are actually more secure than carrying around all of your debit and credit cards in your purse and pockets.

Our mobile banking options are safe and secure ways to manage your accounts. To access mobile banking, you must first sign up for online banking. You can do so from the home page of the Bank of Old Monroe mobile app.

Text Banking

Check balances, review transactions, and make transfers quickly and easily with free text banking. Simply text us on your mobile phone regarding the action you wish to take, and you’ll receive a confirmation message once it’s complete. It’s that easy!

Getting started:
Log in to online banking. Under Additional Services, click Mobile Banking & Alerts. Follow the activation instructions. You will receive a one-time activation passcode via text to your cell phone.

eStatements

An eStatement, or electronic statement, is the quick, convenient, and green alternative to receiving paper bank statements in the mail. When you sign up for eStatements, there’s no need to wait around at the mailbox – instead, you’ll receive an email that your statement is available. You can then log in to online banking on your computer, smartphone, or tablet and view, print, or download your eStatement at your convenience.

To sign up, log in to your online banking account, click Additional Services, then eStatements, and follow the prompts.
