Beginning March 1, Bank of Old Monroe will sponsor a Debit Card Sweepstakes.
Eligible Cardholders who make at least 30 eligible purchases per month will be entered into a monthly drawing. Eligible cardholders who make 30 purchases for two months of the sweepstakes term will have their name entered into a grand prize drawing. Winner will be announced on January 10, 2025 (entrants must be a legal resident of the US and the State of Missouri and 18 years of age to enter and win).

When is the sweepstakes?
The BOOM Debit Card Sweepstakes period begins March 1, 2024 and will run through December 31, 2024.
Who is eligible for monthly prizes?
Eligible cardholders who make at least 30 eligible purchases per month will automatically be entered into a monthly drawing. (entrants must be a legal resident of the US and the State of Missouri and 18 years of age to enter and win). *Bank of Old Monroe Executive Team Members and their immediate family members, Bank of Old Monroe employees. directors and their spouses are not eligible to participate.
Account holders must be in good standing. The entry is not eligible if the entrants account(s) is (are) overdrawn or has (have) been closed at the time of entry or the drawing.
What is an eligible transaction?
PIN, signature-based or contactless point-of-sale purchase transactions, regardless of amount. The following transaction types are excluded and will not count: Account adjustment transactions, returns, cash advances, ATM transactions or similar cash withdrawals, balance transfers, and payment of late fees, NSF fees or overdraft fees.
When are monthly winners announced?
Monthly prize drawings will be held approximately 10 calendars days from the end applicable month. Winners will be announced shortly after the drawing.
Who is eligible to be entered into the grand prize drawing?
Eligible cardholders who make 30 purchases for two months of the sweepstakes term will have their name entered into a grand prize drawing to be announced on January 10, 2025. One grand prize winner will be selected for the grand prize entry period. Will winners of a monthly prize be eligible to win any other monthly prize?
No, winners of a monthly prize will not be eligible to win another monthly prize. Monthly prize winners will not be excluded from the grand prize if they are otherwise eligible.
Are winners taxed on the prize?
Winners will more than likely be taxed on the prize, but each winner will be responsible for consulting their accountant to determine tax responsibility.
If an account is a joint account, does each card holder qualify to enter the sweepstakes?
Yes, each card holder who completes at least 30 eligible transactions in a month will be automatically entered.
